    FIRE PROTECTION SALES/SERVICE TECHNICIAN State Systems, Inc., the leading fire protection company in the Mid-South, is growing and is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our teamThis position is great for self-starters who enjoy working independently but also being part of a collaborative team.

    so this is ideal for those who are mechanically mindedJob Duties:
    Sell services and products within assigned territory, maintaining assigned sales/service quota and following established guidelines.
    Inspect, service, install fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and exit/emergency lighting.
    Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.

    Present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.

    Follow up with prospects.
    Process work orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
    Service existing book of business and new customers.

    This position may require the handling of chemicals that may be skin and/or respiratory irritants. Person may also be exposed to ventilation areas which may have respiratory irritant. Must not be skin and respiratory sensitive to these materials and environments. MSDS are available.
    Candidates must successfully complete an employment background investigation and drug screening.
