    What is this job all about?

    In this role you be a key player in individuals' with disabilities journey towards a life of independence. The BCBA will utilize their knowledge and skills of observation to develop and implement plans that address problem behaviors or assist in skills acquisition.

    That's nice, but what will I actually be doing?

    In this highly specialized role you will get to know and observe clients of all ages and with various diagnoses while working towards achieving their target behaviors and acquiring valuable skills. You will also enjoy working with a team of educated professionals who share your passion for making an impact in others' lives. As a BCBA you will share your expertise with members of your team through supervision of ABA Specialists, RBTs and professionals.

    Minimum Experience and Training Qualifications:

    One year of professional experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree with a specialization in one of the following: behavior analysis, education, or psychology. Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification and Missouri Behavior Analyst licensure (LaBA) in good standing.
