Job Summary Responsible for general supervision of the hospital during the absence of Senior Administration, Senior VP Clinical Services,#and/or the Department Managers.# Maintains a safe environment and coordinates activities of hospital personnel in order to provide quality and continuity of care.# Instrumental in patient flow and throughout the organization.# Must be able to mentor and coach staff at all levels.# Must be self-directed and willing to make tough decision for the best interest of the patients.

Qualifications:
Missouri RN licensure required. (BLS)## (ACLS)#certifications required.## Critical Care experience preferred.# BSN or MSN preferred. Annual influenza vaccine required. # #
