    Available Shifts: 3rd Shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am; The Maintenance Technician I – at Keurig Dr Pepper will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment, to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards in safety and quality.

    This role will also be engaged in improving maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

    Training and building self-capability to independently perform required maintenance tasks
    Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.
    Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
    Understand and maintain mechanical centerlines.
    Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
    Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, TPM functions, equipment set-up and center lining.
    Complete size changeovers and troubleshoot packaging equipment.

    Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision.

    Utilize SAP CMMS to complete work and track parts and time.
    Formal technical training certificate preferred
    Experience working in a production facility
    Must be flexible with work shift
    40 per hour. 00 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. $2/hr shift premium for 2nd or 3rd Shift
