- Pioneering the technical development of Control Software for Power Electronics, E-Machines, and Drives
- Providing inspirational leadership to empower team members in delivering innovative control solutions
- Spearheading requirements specification, algorithm development, implementation, calibration, and validation
- Conducting rigorous testing of control software through ModelinLoop, HardwareinLoop, and physical testing on dyno and invehicle
- Collaborating closely with the wider PEMD engineering team, lending expertise to power electronic, thermal, electromagnetic, and mechanical aspects
- Engaging directly with clients to address technical challenges and ensure project success
- Degree in Engineering,
- Proficiency in modelbased development languages, particularly Matlab-Simulink
- Indepth understanding of motor control theory and practice
- Experience in developing control systems for power electronics
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership to engineering project teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, essential for regular client interactions
- Familiarity with Infineon AURIX family of microcontrollers
- Proficiency in C programming
- Experience with AUTOSAR
- Knowledge of functional safety standards such as ISO26262
