    Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

    Ligonier, IN

    $70,000-75,000 DOE

    Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:


    • Ensure safety rules are followed by direct reports and others


    • Direct and supervise Team Leaders and Maintenance

    Technicians in day-to-day assignments


    • Coordinate preventative maintenance plans


    • Coordinate and monitor outside contractors


    • Coordinate progression levels through skill blocks


    • Process direct report timecards in HRIS system


    • Review work performance and attendance issues

    KEY COMPETENCIES


    • Intermediate/Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office

    Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and EAM

    software (CAD software skills preferred)
