Job Position Title: Inside Sales Specialist
We are in search of candidates with 1-3 years of highly successful inside sales or B2B experience. Capital equipment, medical device, aesthetic market experience a plus.
The ideal candidate is driven, competitive, loves a challenge, has a winning attitude, and can sell over the phone The main focus of this position is lead generation, urgency creation, closing for next step, and/or warming the opportunity for needing/wanting more information.
Responsibilities
· Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify sales opportunities for the outside sales team
· Qualify leads and schedule quality meetings for the outside sales team
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential clients
· Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
· Log all sales calls and activity into NetSuite and call monitoring software
· Work with management to generate new calls lists or promote regional activities
· Become an expert on the Cartessa story and why the prospect needs to meet with us
Compensation
· W2 position with base salary plus uncapped commission

Requirements:
· Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the medical aesthetic industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong ability to build relationships and rapport over the phone
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics
