    Responsible to ensure that product meets company specifications, ensure that job duties that affect safety, legality and quality standards are addressed.

    Perform duties and tasks routinely, adapts techniques to meet special needs, and apply basic skills.


    Responsibilities:
    Accurate ingredient Lot Code/Lot Code Change recording. Must accurately measure ingredients to meet recipe standards. Responsible for timely preparation or
    staging
    of ingredients for recipes. Must inspect quality of ingredients being used for product production prior to mixing. Maintain work area cleanliness. Responsible for following safety and quality procedures at all times. Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships. May be required to take on additional responsibilities or roles based on the needs of the plant.


    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED is preferred Ability to work in a fast paced environment One year related experience and/or trainingShift:2nd (1:45pm-10:15pm)Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
