Job Summary
The Advanced LPN functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success of the practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism and teamwork. Will utilize the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.Responsibilities
- Performs/directs patient care following established clinic workflows including admission interview accurate documentation and timely patient flow.
- Accompanies the physician into the exam room or is connected remotely by audio for the patient visit documenting in electronic medical record EMR all aspects of care to include chief complaint CC history of presenting illness HPI physician exam PE and patient plan as directed by physician.
