Quality ManagerA leading manufacturer of wire and cable assemblies is looking for a skilled Quality Manager to oversee the QMS at their facility in Hudson, NH facility.
If you have at least 10 years of experience, then consider this excellent direct hire role at a desirable employerResponsibilities of the Quality ManagerOversee Quality Management System, ensuring compliance to the quality manual and AS9100Develop and maintain an effective organization through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination, and review of all assigned QA personnelCreate, develop, and maintain incoming, in-process, and final inspection criteria needed to demonstrate compliance to customer requirementsReview sales orders and proposed production processes for quality conformanceCollect, report, and analyze inspection results, and recommend corrective/preventive actionsParticipate in new product development and production readiness reviewsVisit suppliers and customers to review and disposition quality concerns and issues as neededEnsure compliance with established policies and proceduresMaintain and oversee calibration of all measuring equipmentCoordinate, prepare for, and conduct internal auditsQualifications of the Quality ManagerBachelors degree in electrical or mechanical discipline, or extensive industry training preferred (minimum Associates degree)
