    Solutions Architect with good Azure exp is needed

    • 10+ years of experience in an Architecture/Design role, preferably in the Financial Services sector
    • Experience in leading a team of technical resources (designers, developers) to build a solution
    • Experience or knowledge of MS Azure and design concepts. Azure certifications is a PLUS.
    • Ability to define and communicate the "big picture" in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units
    • Experience in designing and developing cost effective solutions that meet functional, technical, and performance requirements
    • Ability to review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for re-use and process improvement
    • Ability to document and communicate the status of progress against plans and take corrective actions
    • Experience in managing multiple projects and/or sub-team activities simultaneously, including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility
    • Ability to work effectively with internal business and technology partners at all levels of the organization
    • Support a work environment that promotes partner service, quality, innovation and teamwork
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
    • Hands on experience architecting and implementing microservices
    • Working knowledge, understanding of Event driven architectures, Event fabric and Event streams
    • Knowledge and experience with architecture frameworks and EA modeling tools is a PLUS
