We're seeking an experienced
Mechanical Project Engineer
with a specialization in
Machining Applications . This role is perfect for someone who has transitioned from hands-on
machining applications engineering
to leading both
external and internal projects , focusing on
machining
and
tooling
rather than controls. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex
engineering projects , ensuring they align with our high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
and oversee
engineering projects
in
machining
and
tooling , guaranteeing timely, budget-conscious, and quality-compliant delivery.
Conduct
technical evaluations
and
feasibility studies
for
machining projects , optimizing resource and technology use.
Offer
expert guidance
on
machining processes
and
tooling design , driving project and operational improvements.
Mentor
junior engineers, enhancing the team's
machining expertise
and collaborative capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering ,
Manufacturing Engineering , or a closely related field.
Over 5 years of experience in
machining applications , with a focus on
project management
in recent roles.
Deep knowledge of
CAD/CAM
and
CNC machining , especially in
tooling design
and implementation.
Proven
leadership skills
in
multidisciplinary project teams , with a knack for solving complex
technical challenges .
