Essential Roles & Responsibilities :
Monitor email distribution list and respond to customer inquiries
Monitor gate processes to ensure over-the-road truck velocity KPI's are met
Monitor gate operating system to ensure software and hardware are functioning properly
Use terminal operating system software to monitor the status of truck transactions to ensure timely service
Provide vessel operations with grounding locations for vessel import containers
Monitor the status of grounded export (full and empty) containers to ensure the container stacks are in good order before vessel operations commence
Prepare end-of-day report


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience with yard and vessel planning terminal operating system software
Experience with container yard and container vessel operations
Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable to insurance 3-year driving history
