POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be in charge of overseeing the restaurant operations and ensuring top-notch quality in food, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include keeping an eye on supplies, events, and the overall environment to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Additionally, you'll be leading and guiding the staff, establishing performance standards, and monitoring their performance.

ASSISTING IN OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This involves tasks such as providing information to supervisors and colleagues, performing administrative duties, maintaining a professional environment, and attending mandatory meetings and training sessions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of guest services and satisfaction
• Understanding of food service industry regulations
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Sound judgment and professionalism in all situations
• Proficiency in administrative procedures and office systems
• Strong math, organization, and problem-solving abilities
