Job Overview:
Porsche Beverly Hills is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic automotivesales professional to join our team. As a Porsche Brand Ambassador, you will beresponsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet theirneeds and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. This is a sales-drivenrole that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle preferences
Provide information about available cars, including features and pricing
Conduct test drives with potential buyers
Negotiate sales prices and financing options
Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
Utilize sales support tools to manage leads and track sales pipeline
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus
Excellent negotiating skills
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport
Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and inventory control
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptionalexperiences
Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
Previous successful experience with Porsche sales or other high-lineautomotive brands is necessary, as is a valid driver's license, auto insuranceand a valid sales license.

Physical Requirements
