We are looking for a Speech & Language Pathologist to become part of our Home Health Care Agency located in Woodland Hills, CA.     About the Role: As a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) with us, your main responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, swallowing, and related disorders. Through various techniques, you will assess the nature and severity of impairments, analyze speech, language, and swallowing irregularities, and assist patients in developing or regaining effective communication abilities while enhancing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions. Our SLPs actively engage in case discussions, training sessions, and other meetings (conducted remotely) to guarantee the continuous provision of coordinated and comprehensive care.

    Schedule: Per Diem (6-10 visits per week)
    * Flexible schedules are available, for example, Thursday-Monday
    Locations: Area #45, which includes Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 months of SLP experience & an active Speech Language Pathology license
    • Own transportation and valid Auto Insurance
    • CPR Certification
    • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under the supervision of a licensed professional
    • Current CA Speech & Language Pathologist license
    • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to complete EMR documentation promptly

    This position is not eligible for remote work

    Salary is determined based on a full-time schedule
