Shift: Variable Days / 7a-5p / 8a-5p, 8's/10's, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 13 weeks

Tuesday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. OR Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

Requirements:

IA is part of the PT compact privilege states
1 Year experience
Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations
AHA BLS
EMR Used: EPIC
