    We are hiring for a skilled

    Purchasing and Quoting Representative

    for a large aerospace and automotive product manufacturer in

    Orange County . We provide products for a large variety of industries requiring composite production challenges
    Coordinate purchasing and sourcing for our global operations, including supplier selection and contract negotiation.
    Drive excellence in the purchasing process and prepare quotations for products and services.
    Be our voice with customers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and on-time delivery

    Salary DOE - $80, ,000 with great benefits

    Essential Functions:
    Analyze financial and procurement data to develop negotiation strategies and approve contracts.
    Apply sourcing strategies in

    aerospace/automotive/manufacturing

    environments.
    Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for workflow optimization.
    Manage accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) inputs.
    Write specifications, handle bidding process, and drive supplier performance.
    Purchase supplies at optimal prices while minimizing inventory levels.
    Adapt to changing market conditions for supply chain availability and quality conformance.
    Collaborate cross-functionally to support supply chain activities.
    Maintain accurate records and negotiate customer contracts and terms.
    Coordinate performance reviews and recommend improvements.
    Notify supervisors of potential safety hazards.

    Qualifications:
    3-5 years' experience in Quoting and Purchasing.
    Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
    Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.

    Preferences:
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management; OR more than 5 years' experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
    APICS ASCM Certification
    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision
