    To create assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.

    (1.) To lead guide manage engage and develop the team. (2.) To manage customer expectations on deliverables. (3.) To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance DQI.

    (4.) To project manage the testing project like estimating resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.
