- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with large Dental carriers and 5 years in advisory consulting.
- Thorough understanding of the dental industry value chain.
- Willingness to travel to various client locations.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Residency in specified Infosys Consulting Hub Locations or within 2 hours' driving distance.
- MBA or advanced degree in Healthcare, business, or analytics.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including engaging with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage business, IT, and transformative projects.
- Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning and statistical analysis.
