    Description
    MAIN FUNCTION:
    • Support the IT department by assisting with the day-to-day service requests, documentation and working with members of the department to achieve a common goals
    • Provide technical support to end-users
    • Candidate is expected to grow and become more self-managed with providing status updates and meeting deliverables that are defined at the scope of the project
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Qualified applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher major in a technical field, including computer science, information technology, programming or engineering
    • Strong analytic and problem solving
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Familiar with code development
    • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite and Visio
    • Introductory programming, C# or Java programming a plus
    • Info Technology or Data Processing experience
    • Ability to self-manage tasks and schedule
