Job Description
CBRE is looking for a meticulous Program Manager to assist with project planning, management, and execution for the Systems Engineering (SE) Team and Worldwide Real Estate (WWRE) team. While the programs cover global regions, the main focus is on supporting program execution in North America, preferably a US-based role.
The Program Manager will collaborate with WWRE's customer and stakeholder teams to validate and track business needs, promote collaboration, manage project reporting, establish metrics, and mitigate project risks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, innovative, and adept at handling ambiguity and competing priorities while building trust with global teams.
The perfect candidate will have experience managing projects involving technical and non-technical teams, maintaining schedules and milestones, and providing regular updates to all levels of leadership.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business, or related field, and have 5-7 years of experience in program management and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree in a related field, experience with Fulfillment/Distribution design, proficiency in visualization tools, PMP certification, and the ability to manage internal and external teams.
The compensation ranges between $115,000 to $125,000 annually and includes benefits. The application deadline is April 23, 2024.
