Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Team Member with a passion for technology and strong creative problem-solving skills to join our dynamic Digital Engagement team.
This role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build and execute highly effective, results oriented communications across multiple channels and specific target audiences.
What You will DoCollaborate with Enterprise stakeholders including Marketing Strategists, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Content Designers to translate features into personalized customer channel attributes ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Analyze technical documentation and business requirements to develop and execute personalized, targeted channel outreach programs to promote Blue Cross NC brand, products, and services.
Monitor and review performance of digital engagement channels to identify opportunities and provide insights for continuous improvements.Become a Subject Matter Expert of our engagement technology application stack.
Perform data user testing and support department system upgrades.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to effectively communicate their impact on our products.
What You Bring (Hiring Requirements)
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, programming, systems analysis, or technical report writing is required.
If no degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, programming, systems analysis, or technical report writing is required.

Strong interest in technology, with the ability to grasp and explain technical concepts.
Intermediate SQL knowledge/skillset
