    Are you interested in being a part of a fast growing, agile connected products team that brings new smart products to market? Moen's Connected Smart Water team has a new opening for an Associate Product Marketing Manager based at our Global headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in office)

    This role supports product launch commercialization initiatives for our Connected Products portfolio, more specifically our Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff, across retail channels that deliver on business objectives and grow market share. This includes planning and managing communication and content creation initiatives, developing and executing with cross-functional teams and outside agency partners, identifying project scope, creating timelines, providing status updates, and budget management. The ideal candidate will effectively manage these initiatives to influence and drive the consumer path to purchase.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement impactful, integrated product launch communications and content for Moen Connected products.
  • Drive the commercialization planning and serve as the project lead and steward for all content development and execution.
  • From development to execution, leverage Moen's Creative team or outside agency partners; this includes the creation of project briefs, providing clear upfront direction that delivers on business goals or objectives, and the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Communicate and manage multiple project timetables, meeting deadlines and budget parameters and obtaining approvals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fortune Brands Smart Connected Product portfolio, target markets, customer personas, competitive landscape, value proposition, and key features to guide the execution of marketing strategies.
  • Partner with established COE (Center of Excellence Teams) commercialization, product management, channel management, brand development, and digital and creative teams to create product tools, resources, and content to drive consideration and conversion from prospects and existing customers.
  • Manage the execution of product marketing strategies, plans, and investments with internal and external teams and agency partners.
  • Be the main point of contact for marketing content development, production, and execution as defined in the commercialization strategy. This includes managing and facilitating timelines, briefs, and status meetings regularly.
  • Facilitate creative content and graphics development with internal and external creative teams and agencies. This includes product photography, CGI, videos, email communications, literature, digital content, presentations, customer-facing content, and others as requested.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a product marketing environment; experience in developing strategic communication, content execution and product commercialization plans required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and agencies/partners
  • Possess strong project management skills, organization, presentation, and coordination skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to interact comfortably with higher management and customer leadership teams, as well as interact with agency partners, vendors, customers, sales associates, etc.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
