    Responsibilities
    • Manages all aspects of the of the Environmental/ESG data collection process including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, expediting, summarizing, and communicating progress at regular intervals to ensure the organization meets it annual Environmental/ESG reporting deadlines.
    • Identifies and addresses limitations of Environmental/ESG data.
    • Aggregates Environmental/ESG data as necessary to support organizations sustainability reporting.
    • Understands our evolving Environmental/ESG data needs, how our current data meets those needs; identifies, evaluates, and recommends complementary data sets.
    • Analyze existing Environmental/ESG data sources and methodologies for accuracy.
    • Contributes to the development of dashboards or Power BI's to improve Environmental/ESG process integration where applicable.
    • Recommends and supports implementation of data solutions for evolving external reporting needs, including regulatory requirements.
    • Ensures that data collection, analysis and reporting projects are completed on time and within estimated costs.
    • Develops and maintains associated documentation and communications.
    • Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the database to provide reports to, and answer questions from, upper management.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Skills & Experience Required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
    • At least three years in Data Processing, with at least two years of experience with database management systems.
    • Passion for sustainability issues and corporate responsibility.
    • Experience in the nuances of specific Environmental/ESG data sets, data structure and quality of Environmental/ESG ratings, scores and other data sets is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • General experience utilizing business intelligence platforms and data visualization, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Understanding of computer languages used within database design and construction.
