    Work within Meta's task system * First point of contact for break fix technicians * Work with xfn partners and vendors to support physical building network infrastructure.

    * Responsible for assisting with projects (retrofits, new process documentation, etc.) * Understand and debug hardware and Linux OS and Windows related issues.

    . Required Skills & Experience
    • Datacenter knowledge
    • Experience implementing technology.
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Strong computer skills especially with the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong/proactive work ethics
    • Strong Oral and written communication skills
    • Experience understanding and communicating technical information to non-experts. Nice to Have Skills & Experience 2+ years experience in a research environment. 2+ years of experience in a data center or related field.
    • Knowledge of Linux and server hardware support.
    • Knowledge of networks and related hardware support.
    • Must have basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
    • Must have a background in testing physical ethernet connections.
