- Perform virtual-first direct patient care, primarily for patients requiring diagnostic clarification or with complexity requiring a psychiatrist s expertise, providing treatment recommendations, treatment planning, and follow-up planning.
- Use outcome measurement tools during the course of treatment to help patients and the treatment team track progress.
- Provide clinical support to BH team who will be providing short-term psychotherapy, supporting caregivers, coordinating transitions of care, and connecting patients to community-based organizations and agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of BH clinical programming within the market, with an eye toward refining processes that allow the company to scale.
- Collaborate with PCPs, as well as patients other providers, to coordinate treatment and help address co-occurring physical health conditions.
- Experience treating patients with serious mental illness (preferred: experience treating seniors)
- Comfort managing patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs.
- This is a full-time, exempt role, with 5% travel possible. Physical requirements include ability to use a computer.
- Bilingual (English -Spanish) preferred
