Select Swiss CNC Machining tooling fixtures and workpieces for CNC machines. Perform machine setup including zeroing axes loading programs and verifying parameters Monitor machine operations during production runs and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity Troubleshoot machining issues including tooling wear offsets and surface finish concerns Follow established safety procedures and maintain clean organized work area Collaborate with Inspection Leads Off-shift Personnel Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency reduce scrap improve quality Ability prioritize according
