    Join our manufacturing engineering team to work on intricate projects involving the design, programming, simulation, and testing of automated machinery and processes.

    Construct equipment and fixtures while analyzing production processes to optimize automation integration. Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration on automation equipment. Bring expertise in Automated

    Electromechanical/Mechatronic

    equipment, including hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation technologies such as robotics, pneumatics, servos, and PLCs.

    Detailed Description:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of automation equipment and processes.
    Assist in equipment procurement and installation
    Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams, communicating recommendations and facilitating design changes.
    Design fixtures and tooling, evaluate processes for efficiency improvements, and troubleshoot product and process issues.
    Identify and implement problem resolutions and process improvements.
    Evaluate manufacturing processes and workflows to uncover optimization opportunities.
    Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
    Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment meet capability and capacity requirements.
    Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products, including New Product Introductions (NPI).
    Ensure compliance with safety standards for manufacturing processes and equipment.
    Participate in cross-functional meetings to foster collaboration.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on practical experience supporting and designing automated systems.
    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on practical experience in a production and/or assembly environment.
    Strong equipment troubleshooting skills.
    Knowledge and experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
