    Associate Director/Director, Supply Chain Management

    Job Description


    The Associate Director is responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans, reconciling supply and demand, optimizing inventory management, and contributing to the S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) process and strategy in the US market.

    Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide essential input and support to ensure alignment between supply and demand, contributing to the development of robust and effective S&OP strategies.

    Create a Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all suppliers, including Contract Manufacturing (CMOs).
    The scope includes planning and executing the proposal.
    Responsible for importing/returning bulk to CMO.
    Ensure agreed safety stock is maintained.
    Ensure contract fees to CMOs and Track & Trace vendors are in line with the budget.
    Responsible for continuous improvement of Global S&OP Process and supply chain process.
    Drive digital transformation of S&OP process. Leverage Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and OpERA (i.e SAP/ERP) tool implemented globally.
    Develop supply plans to support new commercial product introductions.
    Manage Supply Chain Team. Oversee and provide guidance on production strategy manager's day-to-day activities.
    Promote supply chain excellence.
    External stakeholders include Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Track and Trace vendors. Internal stakeholders include Market Access including Third-Party Logistics as well as Global Supply chain entities in CMC & Production.
    Maintain relationships with CMO, vendor representatives and S&OP stakeholders including senior/executive members involved in the process.


    Requirements / Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations-related disciplines
    3+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical supply chain
    US importation experience
    Experience in participating in the S&OP process
    Supply planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
    Experience in using Track & Trace tools, preferable
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Ability to create and make informative and persuasive presentations appealing to a diverse audience
    Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing, walking, grasping, and lifting/moving up to 15 pounds (e.g. in order to shred documents, to maintain a neat and organized work environment, and to lift paper supplies, and large boxes and files)
    This role requires the incumbent to travel up to 10% of the time
