- Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments (e.g., finance, operations, marketing).
- Create visualizations that facilitate decision-making and drive business growth.
- Data Warehouse Construction:
- Design, build, and optimize data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the warehouse.
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute data expertise.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, reporting efficiency, and data governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and experience with data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data warehouse design principles and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
