    **Asociado de Tienda de Segunda Mano**

    Estamos en la búsqueda de un Asociado de Tienda de Segunda Mano confiable, organizado y compasivo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Upscale Resale. El Asociado de Tienda de Segunda Mano brinda un excelente servicio al cliente ayudando a los clientes, clientes de agencias y donantes con compras y donaciones, creando una experiencia de compra acogedora. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en comercio minorista, incluida la apertura, cierre y manejo de efectivo. Esta posición es a tiempo parcial y servirá como líder de turno y responsable de llaves después del período de orientación y capacitación inicial.

    Reporta a: Gerente de la Tienda de Segunda Mano

    Supervisa: Internos y voluntarios asignados

    Funciones Principales:

    • Ser líder de turno y responsable de llaves
    • Crear y mantener un ambiente acogedor y limpio en la Tienda de Segunda Mano
    • Mantener una excelente relación con los donantes, clientes y voluntarios
    • Clasificar materiales donados y configurar exhibiciones de productos en la tienda
    • Brindar servicio al cliente saludando a los clientes, respondiendo consultas y manejando quejas
    • Mantener registros y reportes adecuados sobre las actividades de la tienda, incluidos reportes precisos y depósito diario de ventas
    • Mantener un ambiente de trabajo sanitario y seguro
    • Participar en reuniones de personal y educación de DCFOF según sea necesario

    **Requisitos**

    Prerrequisitos:
    • Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED

    Preferencias:
    • Bilingüe en Español
    • Experiencia en tiendas de segunda mano
    Requisitos Físicos:
