It is an exciting time at Heila With the rapid increase in customer interest, this leadership position is responsible for scaling supply chain and manufacturing operations to match demand.
The Supply Chain Manager role ensures tactical execution by tracking and driving achievement of customer service, open orders, lead times, supply plan attainment, inventory health and revenue targets.
This role is also responsible for developing and delivering strategic initiatives to drive supply chain efficiencies at scale.Specific Responsibilities
This role is responsible for demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, procurement, logistics, import/export compliance, and warranty management for all company product offerings.
Foster a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with internal stakeholders, external vendors and partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

_The salary range for this position is $107,000 - $156,000.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
