• Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine
• Outpatient responsibilities only
• Fulltime permanent position
• Monday " Friday
• No nights, no weekends
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus patients per day Valuebased care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
• Make an impact on seeing the underserved population Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
• Location: Montgomery, AL Salary and Benefits
• Abovemarket compensation
• Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
• Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)
