    At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you'll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

    Position Overview:

    The Information Security Professional - IAM Analyst role serves to pioneer new technical and business process solutions within the IAM space.

    • Support implementation of new IAM operational capabilities within enterprise access management tool including identity and entitlement lifecycle, access requests, and end-user reporting
    • Collect requirements for automating operational processes and support user acceptance testing
    • Develop, promote, and document operational policies for movement and transformation of IAM data grounded in completeness and accuracy
    • Provide status and reporting to team leads
    • Train colleagues on InfoSec processes

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of related experience in software development, system or business analysis
    • Experience with automated testing tools
    • Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience
    • Familiarity with SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, Ping and/or equivalent access management products

    • Ability to develop and clearly articulate risk reports/issues to key business partners

    • Ability to clearly articulate ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
    • Team-oriented interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact with a broad range of peoples and roles
    • Effective communication and ability to convey solutions to business including comfort interacting with internal management and external partners.
    • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail, ability to manage process, and follow through on tasks

    The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $78,000 to $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
