- Develop and implement comprehensive education and training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities tailored to meet the needs of various departments and skill levels.
- Research and evaluate external training resources, including online courses, workshops, and certifications, to supplement internal programs.
- Manage workforce development initiatives aimed at recruiting, retaining, and developing a skilled and diverse workforce.
- Partner with external organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies to access resources and support for workforce development efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking career advancement opportunities within the organization.
- Develop and maintain career pathways and succession planning programs to identify and groom future leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education and training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to workplace development and training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace development, training coordination, or related roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful education and training programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others towards achieving common goals.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator for a great opportunity in the Bronx area requiring at least five years of experience. This position will be on a contract to hire basis and will require in office attendance five days per week.
