    We are seeking a Housing Assistance Manager
    (Hybrid Position- Southeastern Ohio)

    Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

    The Housing Assistance Manager is responsible for program development, implementation, regulatory compliance, and budget monitoring for a robust portfolio of assistance programs, including rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing. The manager leads a growing local team that assists families and individuals experiencing homelessness. The service area currently includes Athens, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, and Vinton Counties.


    * This is a hybrid position; the majority of the work will be completed remotely, however, some routine travel throughout the growing multi-county region in Central/Southeast Ohio will be required. Overnight travel is not required. *

    The salary range for this position is $75,505.20 to $ $90,724.20 per year based on experience.

    Essential Functions:

    • Provides direct oversight of operations and programmatic activity for housing programs.
    • Supervises assigned team, providing guidance, support, and direction to staff.
    • Utilizes strengths-based coaching in the development and growth of Supervisors.
    • Develops and maintains internal and external relationships including but not limited to, funders, partner agencies, and community stakeholders.
    • Ensures operations are aligned with federal, state, and local regulations, policies and procedures, performance standards, and best practices.
    • Conducts quality control reviews, program assessments, and procedures to promote compliance, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
      Monitors and evaluates regulatory changes and implements necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Maintains accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with monitoring standards.
    • Collaborates with the Managing Director to develop and review performance metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Interprets data to evaluate program effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Coordinates with ISBH's learning and development team to identify training needs and develops and/or facilitates appropriate trainings.
    • Ensures all services and programs are designed and delivered from a lived experience perspective.
    • Reviews and maintains annual approved program budgets.
    • Manages and monitors the capacity, growth, and development of services to ensure they align with ISBH's mission, vision, and values.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in public health, community development, social work, or related field preferred.
    • 5 years of experience, with increasing responsibility in homeless response systems.
    • 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.
    • Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or with individuals and families experiencing homelessness required.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing case management/direct services preferred.
    • Experience with rapid rehousing, and/or permanent supportive housing required.
    • CSH Re-entry, HUD Continuum of Care, and/or Emergency Solutions Grant funding experience preferred.
    • Lived experience of homelessness preferred.
    • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations.
    • Broad knowledge of community service systems and resources.
    • Experience using data to develop reports to display and compare outcomes and performance.
    • Experience with compliance and quality initiatives.
    • Demonstrates a high degree of cultural awareness.

    • Must be able to work independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with individuals, teams, and partner agencies.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
    • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
    • Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate level of insurance coverage.
    • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
