RN, Hospice Team ManagerWe are growing And we are seeking a compassionate RN who has a passion for hospice nursing and leadership to join our team of Hospice Managers in leading our Faith Hospice care team professionals in the community.
What will you do?Oversee and supervise an interdisciplinary hospice team of professionalsDirect and participate in the weekly hospice interdisciplinary group meetingsOversee and supervise the day-to-day activities assuring quality patient care is provided on a 24-hour, 7-day basisParticipate in the Manager on-call rotation with the other hospice managersWhat is needed for success in this role?Licensure as an RN in the State of MichiganAt least 1-2 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or med/surg settingPrior hospice nursing experience is highly preferredStrong computer skills to chart in the EMR are essentialSuccessful hospice nurses feel called to end-of-life care for patients and their families and loved ones.
