- Completion of assigned tasks, including equipment cleaning, sterilization, and preparation for microbiology/fermentation research and development.
- Provide timely and accurate communication to various departments.
- Collaborate with departments to prioritize tasks and make efficiency recommendations based on project requirements.
- Candidates should be available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and team-oriented skills.
- Main responsibilities include sample analysis using laboratory equipment, pH meters, spectrophotometers, Titration, and gram staining methods.
- Experience in bioprocessing/biotechnology labs, including aseptic technique, media production, and microbial growth proficiency.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Result interpretation and report generation.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Troubleshooting equipment and adjusting testing procedures as necessary.
- This position involves working different shifts as needed.
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience.
