*Retail Store Position*

Job Responsibilities:

• Education and assisting clients on our products & services.
  
• Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.
  
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  

What We are Looking for:

• Customer Service or Healthcare experience (required)
  
• Strong people skills, approachable, good listener, and empathetic
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience in healthcare field (plus)
  
• Retail Customer Service experience (plus)
  
• Durable Medical Equipment experience (plus)
  

About the Role:

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $17-18/hour

Location: Robbinsdale, MN
