    ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support of the data centers, remote offices and technical infrastructureEnsure all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notified 80%Perform equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions 10%Installation and general upkeep of data centers racking, fiber, power, and network equipment - 10%Work hours are M-F 7am - 3pmQualificationsEducation:Associate degree or equivalent experience - RequiredBachelor degree or related experience - Preferred

    Technical Skills:
