    Data Analyst Opportunity - Financial Services Sector (Temp to Perm)

    Location: McLean (Hybrid Work Model: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Required On-Site)

    Duration: 8-Month Temporary Role with Potential for Permanent Position

    Compensation: Up to $65 per Hour

    Who Can Apply: Open to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

    Candidates must be able to work on a W-2 basis without needing sponsorship.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster collaborative relationships within various departments.
    • Effectively communicate with stakeholders across business and IT domains.
    • Plan and conduct meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
    • Lead and contribute to projects, delivering quality results promptly.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, change management, or similar fields.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, strong presentation, Excel, and SQL skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Capable of quickly adapting to new technologies, working independently, and driving results with minimal guidance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Snowflake, RapidSQL, JSON, and XML.
