    Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Fayetteville, NC.

    As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients who require continuous monitoring of their vital signs and heart rhythm.

    You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients in need.

    *Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Telemetry:
    • Monitoring and assessing patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using advanced equipment and technology.
    • Interpreting and analyzing telemetry data to identify any irregularities or changes in patients' conditions and promptly reporting any abnormalities to the healthcare team.
    • Administering medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians and providing timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
    • Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
    • Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
    • Implementing and maintaining proper infection control measures and ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
    • Adhering to all hospital policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
    *Requirements of the Registered Nurse Telemetry:
    • BLS Certification
    • NC or Compact RN License
    • 2 years experience
