Collaboration and teamwork are key in delivering expert "Carolina Care" to our patients and their families. Our cohesive team ensures seamless patient admissions, treatments, transfers, and discharges round-the-clock.
Summary:
As a Patient Services Manager II, you'll support a senior nurse manager by overseeing patient care services and ensuring adequate clinical staffing levels. You'll also assist in supervising nursing staff, HUC staff, and utility aides, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
- BLS certification required
Professional Experience Requirements:
- 2 years of nursing experience in a tertiary care setting and 1 year in the relevant area
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
- Proficient in nursing care and management
