Book Layout Design

Job summary
I am looking for a creative freelancer who can visually design book content in a way that is visually appealing for the book's genre.The process would involve me providing the content in text format, and the freelancer would then gradually transform this content into fully designed book pages This should also include adding graphic elements or illustrations.
Examples of what such layouts could look like, or what my design requirements would be, can be seen in the attached document.
