This position plays a vital role in keeping our crews efficient and job sites running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team environment, this is a great opportunity to join a company that values teamwork and strong work ethic.
What You'll Do

• Pick up, load, and deliver roofing materials to job sites
• Pull trailers to and from job sites and the landfill
• Safely back up and maneuver trailers in tight spaces
• Organize and maintain materials in the shop and yard
• Assist crews with loading/unloading as needed
• Climb ladders and access roofs when required
• Support general shop and warehouse organization

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers
• Ability and willingness to climb ladders and get on roofs
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
