    The Medication Assistant serves as caregiver who provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse.




    Job Description:



    This role involves serving as a primary support for our elderly patients, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention while maintaining their dignity. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming etc., including transferring/re-positioning/walking the patient using correct techniques/equipment.



    Vital Responsibilities:



    1. - Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice;

    2. - Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure); assist with basic healthcare needs;
