We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and start up our brand new fulfillment centre and operations team in Harrisburg PA.As the Director of East Coast Operations, you will be a key part in the enhancement and execution of Shipfusion's eCommerce and wholesale fulfillment processes, with a focus on building and leading a team to achieve maximum efficiencies in our brand new fulfillment center.

Responsibilities:

Start up and Lead the Harrisburg fulfillment center operation to achieve KPI's and designing/improving processes to increase operational efficiencyWork with our HR team to hire and develop the onsite leadership and fulfillment teamWork directly with our Sr.

VP of Operations and VP of Client Services to ensure the warehouse is executing on all operations goals and initiativesWork closely with our Client Services team to ensure client expectations are constantly being met by the warehouse operations teamWork directly with our Support and Account Management teams to ensure deliverables are being achievedMaintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followedFacility P&L budgetWhat You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities):5-10 years of direct operational leadership experience preferably in a distribution or fulfillment environmentFacility start up experience with project management is preferredSelf motivated, flexible, and resilient leader with strong team building skillsAbility to manage large scale and complex logistical projectsDesire and ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, startup cultureStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong knowledge of technology and ability to learn a proprietary WMSBenefits:Competitive salary and health benefits for you and your dependents15 Paid Vacation Days401k with company match#J-18808-Ljbffr
