    Our client is a well-established organization specializing in logistics and supply chain solutions. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team.     Job Description:

    As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, managing inventory documentation, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Communicate with customers regarding order status, returns, and inquiries.
    • Coordinate shipments, including reviewing stock availability and expediting orders as needed.
    • Maintain and organize shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
    • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Support administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, assisting visitors, and managing documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/logistics position.
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • SAP experience is a huge plus
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
