- Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Oversee all contracts through closing and reviewing contract and listing documents for completion
- Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker
- Guard the rainmaker's daily schedule
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members

The OM is a Master of Systems, consistently seeking and maintaining new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money.
Do you like to make sure people and tasks are moving forward efficiently while also creating a great client experience? As a key leader, the OM frees up the Team Leader's time to focus more on generating transactions than closing them.
This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on people, efficiency, and systems.
The OM exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool and balances patience in finding a solution with accomplishing the objective in a timely manner.
The OM loves providing great customer service to clients and maintains great relationships with vendors.
This individual is 100% committed to empowering the Team Leader in achieving advanced levels of success.
This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. A typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm, with some nights and weekends.
Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus, PTO, and Healthcare Stipend.
Compensation:$70,000 - $85,000 yearly
